We have extreme confidence in all our products. However, there are times where something just doesn’t work for you, and we’re absolutely ok with that. We want our customers to shop with complete confidence and peace of mind.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your product all you need to do is click on the return link below to be directed to our returns portal where you can register your return. From there we will send you an email once registered so you can send the items to us. It's as easy that.

FAQ FOR THE CONFIDENT MAN

Everything you need to know about returns and exchanges for your convenience.
Can I exchange my item?
Received your product but somethings not quite right? No problem! We need you to be completely satisfied and feel confident in your new URBNSKIN Bodywear.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or colour, allowing you to return the unwanted item(s) as part of the returns process, whilst opting for a different size to be delivered out to you instead. And the best part is, exchanges for the same item are free, but must be made within 30 days of receiving your order and unworn, unused and unwashed. Just click on the link below to register your exchange and we’d be more than happy to get you that perfect fit!
How long does it take to receive an exchange or refund?
Once your parcel has been delivered back to our warehouse, we aim to have your return or exchange processed within 7 days. When your exchange or refund is approved, we'll usually get this dispatched out to you or refunded within 1-2 days and we'll be in touch shortly after via email to confirm the exchange is it’s on its way or refund has been processed. Refunds will take the usual 2-4 business days to be cleared back into your account.

If you haven't received an email to confirm your exchange or refund within 7 days, let us know and we'll have a look into this for you - Remember to check your junk/spam.
How do I return something that was purchased from one of your events?
First if all we hope you enjoyed the event! Spreading confidence and positivity in men is at the forefront of everything we do.

Good news! The same returns and exchange process applies. Simple fill out some details from the portal link below and we’ll register your request and confirm this by email. We then take up to 7 days to process your request. If you haven't received an email to confirm your exchange or refund within 7 days, let us know and we'll have a look into this for you - Remember to check your junk/spam.
Received a faulty item?
Firstly we're sorry if you've received a faulty item! We do our best to make sure everything we send to our customers is quality checked before leaving our warehouse.

There's no need to return the item to us just yet. But don't panic. We simply need to check a few details before we start issuing your refund.

Please simply click on the below link to register the faulty item. We will reach out to you for further details within 24hrs of the registration and  do our very best to either replace the item or offer a full refund depending on your preference.

If you don't have your Order Number or receipt available, don't worry. We can locate your order through your name and address.
